Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would find my true mate in my ER. He’s handsome and everything I’ve ever wished for in a mate but will my age be a problem for him? And most importantly, what will the houseful of strays I’ve adopted think of Charlie? ~Dakota
Waking up in the hospital was not on my list of things to do but finding my true mate makes it worth the pain. My father pushed me out of our pack when I wouldn’t conform to his mold of what an alpha should be like but Dakota shows me I’m worthy of his love just the way I am. Not everyone in my instafamily welcomes me with open arms and I can’t help but wonder, ‘Will I ever find acceptance?’ ~Charlie
This 30,000 word novella is filled with adopted family feels, mpreg, and knotty fun and intended for 18 and over readers.

Dakota is an older omega who never thought he'd find a mate. Not only that, he'd adopted a bunch of kids into a mismatched family of shifters and one human. He is a strong omega.
Charlie is a lost alpha. He's rejected from his father and pack for not being the alpha his father wanted. No job, no house, no family, no nothing. Until Dakota and his odd family.
This might be the first novella length story I've given five cups. I enjoy novellas but I don't usually love them. However, this story got my attention. The unique family hooked me. I love all the kids, Isiah especially! I can't wait for their book!
This book has a lot of things I love: instalove, mates, shifters, and mpreg. Add in a strong omega and a supportive alpha and how could I resist? I loved that Charlie found home and himself with Dakota and the kids. He was accepted and loved by them in a way he never was by his father. Omega or not, Dakota is basically in charge of the family. I love how pampered he gets by Charlie, he deserves it!
I loved how this novella didn't feel lacking. I didn't feel the need for more. It could be partly because of the series nature and knowing I'll be seeing more of the family in the future books. If you want a quick but great read, pick this one!
Hi. My name is Jordan K Prince. I live and breathe MM fiction. I am particularly fond of mpreg; I can never get enough. I'm in the process of writing my first MM novel, mpreg, of course.
