The Accidental Everything: A M/M Nonshifter MPreg Story Set in the Omegaverse (Nerds Who Knot) by Amy Bellows
Some omegas go to clubs to pick up alphas. Isaac Evans cruises his poetry readings. It’s not the most professional choice, but what’s a horny omega to do?
He doesn’t mean to have sex with Rhett Donovan of the Donovan Poetry Fellowship—the prestigious grant he dreamed of receiving before he slept with the alpha who awards it. And when Rhett gives him a unique career opportunity, Isaac doesn’t mean to fall in love. If anyone found about his relationship with Rhett, it could mean a career-ending scandal for them both.
He doesn’t mean to get pregnant either. His life is full of accidents.
After Isaac’s made every possible mistake, he has nothing but his poetry to keep him afloat. But in the game of love, poetry might be enough.
The Accidental Everything is a 24,000-word, nonshifter Omegaverse story featuring Mpreg, knotting, and adorable dads. It is an M/M romance intended for an 18+ audience.

I found this via a Facebook group. I found out this was Amy's first book and she was giving out ARC copies for honest reviews. Happy to help out a new author and someone who seemed to be a genuinely awesome person.
Isaac is an interesting character. On the surface, Isaac could be seen as just another sex-driven easy omega, who gives his body to any alpha who is willing. But scratch the surface and there is a lot more underneath. His poetry is about sex. It's taboo because he's an omega; that's why people pay attention. Go deeper and he's an omega damaged by his past. Rejected by his father and his past boyfriend, Isaac doesn't believe an alpha will see him as worthy of more than sex.
Rhett is the rich guy from the prestigious family in the poetry world. He's not what you'd expect either. He's the black sheep of the family because of a situation that happened when he was young. I liked the surprise, so I'll leave it vague as to what exactly it is.
Their relationship starts as a one-night stand. It's rocky and emotional. They are from two different places, with their own baggage. One part about tears out my heart and stomps it to pieces. Gut wrenching!
Isaac finding out he's pregnant changes everything. It's the catalyst for change.
In the end, it works out. They get their happily ever after. I need it as much as they do!
I was really impressed by this book. I haven't read a book set in the poetry world before and I really enjoyed the new experience. I never lost interest and I read this book straight through. It's a really good book. For a first published book, it's even more impressive. I cannot wait for more from Amy Bellows!
The book is available for preorder and will be on KU. It comes out January 25th. Set your calendars!
Hi. My name is Jordan K Prince. I live and breathe MM fiction. I am particularly fond of mpreg; I can never get enough. I'm in the process of writing my first MM novel, mpreg, of course.
