First we have Tate Highland, who in my opioion has been to hell and back, and is still trying his damnedest to stay positive and take care of his son. But the town he lives in ain't tryna let that happen. Bunch of assholes.
Then you have Elliot Marie, who works for the sherrif's office and they treat him like crap, maybe because they knew deep down he was an omega, or because they are just assholes because they see him as a beta, either way. Elliot also takes care of his sick father.
Tate and Elliot meet when Elliot comes out for a call of disturbance at Tate home. And from there we see their relationship blossom, with some ups and downs, mainly the downs from the towns people because those people were corrupted. And the sexy times were indeed sexy times. If I could have just punched all the bad people in the face through the book I would have. Mainly Daniel and the sheriff.
But overall a good read.
Hi, my name is Vanessa. To be honest I never truly know what to say for these things, is it too much or is it too little. Full disclosure here.
